Roxy, Makayla and I went to this fabulous event at 79 Salt/Rustic Gypsy called Drop Your Pants on December 1st. It helped Snack Pack for Kids and Faith City Ministry by donating jars of peanut butter and new or gently used pants. They provided yummy snacks and delicious drinks as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I got to mingle with many lovely people and try on several pieces at 79 Salt. I have such a hard time not buying everything, especially since I just took a position there. I will be practicing my self control! 🙂 I would love to see your pretty faces in the store, so come see me! We have 20% off ALL clothing this week!
They carry many amazing brands, but two of my favorite are Free People and BB Dakota. I fell in love with Free People years ago, and it is a luxury to have it in town at 79 Salt. The cozy bohemian-chic style is my favorite as of late. I would wear a big cozy sweater or cardigan every single day! 79 Salt has some soft Free People beanies, and I need to get my hands on one! The black sweater and flare jeans pictured are Free People. The jewelry is unique and beautiful, and the bags are to die for. I have mentioned my Graf & Lantz bag many times before! We just got in a shipment of Graf & Lantz bags, and they are magnificent.
I posted about my love of suede and leather before! So obviously, we had to try on the suede dresses with fun jackets! My jacket is Cupcakes and Cashmere, another brand I enjoy! 79 Salt has plenty of wonderful suede pieces, as you can see in the pictures. Roxy and I both have bit of an edgy side, and 79 Salt has some pieces that help express that. Roxy is wearing a faux leather jacket and suede black dress with a cut out detail in the pictures below, and it definitely speaks to our edgy side!
The aesthetic and ambience of 79 Salt is one that will leave a lasting impression. I recommend coming in to see the custom pieces. Lamps, light fixtures and wall decor are just a few of the extraordinary pieces 79 Salt carries. I am obsessed with the red Christmas tree! You can get a glimpse from the pictures.
HUGE shout out to Makayla Barrientos for taking these pictures! Contact her at 806-476-6019.
